Why are we using another name to represent our business?

When our family got into this business over 40 years ago, the automotive repair industry was quite different in many ways from what it is today. Even the marketing needs have changed, as time has gone by. We started out serving the community as a specialist shop, and have expanded our services throughout the years. Many services have been added, often at the request of our loyal customers. Because of this, the name that has been our pride and hallmark now struggles to represent what our business has become. We have been a general automotive repair facility for about ten years. We now offer a vast array of valuable services and we feel that a new name is needed to decribe us as a full service auto repair shop. Because of the fact that all of the radiator manufacturers are now using offshore production, the auto radiator has dropped drastically in price and unfortunately has taken a large portion of the specialty repair industry with it, so in order for our business to survive, we must change with the times. We want to let people know that the same family that has prided themselves on serving them in the past, will be here in the future to offer all the service and integrity they have come to know and respect . We are the same faces and the same place, giving the same service and providing the same quality. We just have more to offer you now.
